The Cake Shed by Lastminute.cake has been running for over a year, selling home-made bakes including cake slices, brownies, blondies, cookies and fresh cream & cheesecakes from the fridge. I have a 5-star food-hygiene rating, full insurance and all relevant certificates in place. Cash, bank transfer and contactless payments are all accepted. Celebration cakes and cupcakes are also available to pre-order.
