Located in the small village of Acharacle, The Purple honesty box sits on the stone wall at Druimbeg lodge. Perfect pit stop for coming in and out of the village whether you’re driving, cycling or on foot the box is open all day and night! Stocked with a delicious selection of homemade treats and freshly baked sourdough bread. From gooey brownies and chunky cookies to tray bakes, and seasonal bakes, it changes every week, so every visit is a little different. What you’ll find: -Fresh sourdough bread -Brownies -Cookies -Tray bakes -Weekly specials and seasonal bakes

Visited the Purple Honesty Box late morning and it was really well stocked with sweet treats. It’s also super easy to use if you want to pay by card. Highly recommend the Caramel Wafer Rocky Road and the Galaxy Brownie Square — both absolutely delicious and well worth the stop.
