I'm Lissa, a qualified pastry chef, and the Cabinet is my honesty box at Hawks View, Ferry Road, South Alloa: a charcoal cabinet under a heap of wisteria at the end of my driveway. Everything is baked fresh from scratch that week: cookies with hidden centres, fudgy brownies and blondies, cupcakes and cake slices, with the menu changing as the seasons do. Open every other weekend, Friday to Sunday, 10am to 6pm. Bring the dog, there's a treat jar with their name on it. 🌸
