What’s Bean Grinding

What’s Bean Grinding is a small-batch specialty coffee roastery based in the beautiful Strathnaver Valley in the Scottish Highlands. I carefully source high-quality coffees from around the world and roast them in small batches using an electric roaster powered by renewable energy. My aim is simple: exceptional coffee that’s approachable, traceable and sustainably produced. Every bag is freshly roasted, packed in plastic-free compostable packaging.
